7 (trip) Mt. Shasta Start: 06/06/2009 1:00 pm End: 06/07/2009 1:00 pm This will be a chance to hone your skills with snow tools. Likely peak climb. Contact George for details. This is a restricted Sierra Club trip, and requires Sierra Club membership.	8	9 (meeting) Climbing in the Alps Start: 06/09/2009 7:30 pm End: 06/09/2009 9:30 pm Mike and Andrea Snadden will share their climbing experiences in the Alps.	10	11	12	13 (trip) Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne Start: 06/13/2009 1:00 am A 30 mile backpack on trails in Yosemite. Start at White Wolf and end at Tuolumne Meadows. After descending 3500 feet (net) to the Tuolumne River, we follow it upstream for 4200 feet (net) past gushing waterfalls and the Glen Aulin high sierra camp. Though it's on trail and not at high altitude, don't underestimate the difficulty or beauty of this route. A car shuttle between the two trailheads is required. This trip is currently scheduled as a 3-day trip, but I'll accept inquiries from people who would only be able to do it as a 2-day (very strenuous)
