In October 2009 Kelly Maas joined Warren Storkman for one of his infamous Nepal trips. They planned to climb Mera Peak, a popular trekking peak, but approached it from an unusual direction. From the sweltering lowlands where they started, to the frigid windswept Himalayan skyline where they were forced to turn back, they had a great time walking through beautiful countryside and experiencing warm
Nepalese hospitality. Kelly also had some unexpected adventures.
